Bans DotA from all LAN cafes, District of Cavite in Philippines

Cavite authorities Salawag region, the Philippines decided to formally banned from all the local LAN DotA's cafe. Implementation of the ban in order to stop the game between gambling and violent young audience.


Philippine DotA scene is one of the largest sea area, it is no exaggeration to say that the vast majority of young people in the country have heard and play games at least once. 

Many players have been passionate about their affairs in the game, sometimes resulting in hatred, jealousy revenge grief behavior. In extreme cases, even serious crimes, such as murder have been reported to cause the game. 

Although the game's supporters blame the bad education from schools and families, instead of DOTA itself, Barangay (district) local governments Cavite Salawag has decided to ban the game from every LAN cafe.

According to an official announcement released by authorities, the immense popularity of the game has turned it into a gambling, violence, theft and fraud in large-scale sources. 

The ban is a direct answer, the game and its players numerous reports and complaints. Any store, not in accordance with the new regulations will receive sanctions, including suspension or removal business license. 

While these measures may seem extreme, but it should be noted that the Philippines is notorious for their DotA crime, two recent examples is the murder of a 67-year-old woman and a 11-year-old child.
